Scope of Works
Phase 2A
All works associated with activating the ACT Phase 1 site, including:
- Roadworks including street lighting, utility ducting or road crossings at the road (utilities do not need to be energized).
- Energized electrical infrastructure for ACT plot only (up to the 11/0.4kV substation only – no downstream infrastructure required).
- Tested and commissioned partial potable / firefighting network
- Apron along the ACT Phase 1 plot, including utility ducting and highmast within the apron area (utilities do not need to be energized).
Phase 2B: All remaining works.
