Design & Construction of KIZAD Gas network Phase 1

Scope of Works

30” Pipeline from Scraper Launcher at Taweelah CRS to Scraper Receiver within KP-7 designated as Primary Network
30” Pipeline from Scraper Receiver to gas connection for users at Khalifa Port – Secondary Main.
12” Pipeline from secondary main 30” Pipeline to JOCIC plot – Secondary Network.
Design, Supply and installation of Cathodic Protection system
External coating for all buried Pipelines (including with Sabkha construction).
Design, Supply and Installation of NDRC works for the Road Crossings.
Power supply for the MOV’s, permanent Cathodic Protection system of the entire Pipeline network, metering skid and lighting system, Distribution Board & HVAC Panel and UPS Power.
Design, Supply and Installation of Lights(LED Lights).
Design and supply Lighting and Earthing for electrical room at pig receiver station.
Develop, design and supply an earthing system for the entire network.
Laying of power cable, excavate cable trenches, termination, glanding and commissioning of the power cable from the tie-in point of power supply to the loads.
Provide lighting in the shade of CP transformer, CP control panel and main distribution area .
Design, Supply and Installation of Custody Flow Metering Skid Package with Z-configuration comprising of Ultrasonic flow metering.
Design, Supply and Installation of Self-actuated Twin Pressure Reducing Skid.
Design, Supply and Installation to make a Provision of actuated flow limiter valve along with bypass valve equipped with mechanical CV limiter to limit the flow within design limits during phase-1.
Design, Supply and Installation of dual redundant fiber optic cable (24 core) along the buried Pipeline network and terminated with patch panel for remote connectivity in phase-II. The FO cables shall be used for communication and LDS.
Design, Supply and Installation of Field instrumentation with Instrument Cables and Junction Boxes. Suitable and proper earthing shall be provided for all instrumentation equipment.
Contractor shall prepare the Fire Fighting and Safety Equipment layout for each Project area.
Supply, Fabrication and Installation of Mechanical Equipment with Piping, Fittings & valves.
Supply and Installation of Portable F&G detectors around above ground area within KIZAD gas network for phase-I with 24 x 7 manning to monitor and safeguard gas network during gas leaks.
