Semi-permanent Cruise Terminal Building with all facilities, MEP works, External roads Line marking & Signages, External road repair works, Parking & pedestrian facilities line marking, Hardscape works, ISPS fence and terminal fencing, Paving Works, Fencing & Gates, Architectural Works, Structural Works, HVAC system, Fire Fighting System, Potable Water works, Sewage and Storm Water Systems works for the Cruise Terminal and External Network, Electrical Works for the Cruise Terminal, External Electrical network, and Street Lighting Infrastructure works, IT, Data & Security Works for the Cruise Terminal.
