Scope of Works
Project management, residual engineering, procurement of all Project materials , transportation, and on-site management of free issued materials. Conduct field testing of free issued material, manage vendors and subcontracts, handle construction and installation work including mobilization and demobilization, perform inspection & testing, provide manpower, construction equipment, consumables, and temporary facilities. Execute pre-commissioning, and provide support during commissioning activities, among other responsibilities.
