Scope of Works
AREA 1: The North Boulevard Extension infrastructure scope includes earthworks, grading, roads and various utility services, including chilled water network.
AREA 2: Area is a 22-hectare development plot centrally located within the heart of DHE South Zone development. All shallow utility services, final grading and roads included in this construction package.
AREA 3: The infrastructure scope includes the necessary utility connections and associated works to serve the additional 6 Nos. villa plots.
AREA 4: The infrastructure scope includes primarily the provision of the necessary entry and exit access roads and all associated utility service works.
AREA 5: This area package scope includes the necessary infrastructure works in providing the potable water connection line from the existing DEWA main line along Umm Suqeim Road to the DHE development at Road No. 3.
AREA 6: This area package scope includes the provision of the necessary DEWA potable water SCADA connection from the existing RTU along Umm Suqeim Road to the existing DEWA potable water flowmeter located near the DCP-1/DHE Mall.
