Construction of Warehouses and Infrastructure Works for Rahayel Area 9

The scope includes

• All infrastructure works for Phases 1A, 1B, 3A & 3B including the works for road on JN18 between Phase 1A &1B.
• All Works for the showrooms Phases 1A & 1B.
• All plot connections (sewer and telecom) including the house connection chambers for Phases 1A, 1B, 3A & 3B Show rooms.
• Access road up to the plot limits for Phases 1A, 1B, 3A & 3B Showrooms, with the flush kerb at the plot boundary including utility protections.
• The main power cables from Service cabinet/ Feeder pillar or substation to the Phase 3A & 3B showrooms are excluded. However, ducts shall be constructed by Contractor as part of the Base Scope.
• Substations and Fiber optic cabling for the 3 No’s substations including the looping including the construction and completion of the works.
• All Approvals required from the Local Authorities for the phased completion of the Project including the Building Permits and any other Modification, Update or change to the Previous approvals as required in accordance to Authorities / Stakeholders codes and standards.
• All Infrastructure Works for Area C ICAD III.
• All utility tie-in connections.
