Scope of Works
Section 1- 2 x 10 MIG RCC Pre-stressed Storage Tanks, assocaited civil works with all the required valves, flow meters, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works, guard room, Inlet Line with chambers, Outlet Line with chambers, Gravity Outlet Line with chambers, tie-in of inlet and outlet pipelines, drainage and overflow pipework, surge/drain chambers with outfall and Tanker Filling pumps / filling station, Irrigation/Utility/Firefighting water network.
Section 2- Construction of Pumping station to deliver total 20 MIGD flow @ 69 m head with space provision of future equipment to meet ultimate future total capacity of 29.5 MIGD @ 140 m head. The work includes pump hall, cable cellar rooms, various electrical equipment rooms (Panel room, MV VFD room, transformer room, LV switchgear room), UPS battery room, Control rooms, PLC room, FM200 room, Office, Workshop, Pantry, Prayer room, Washrooms, and all associated works. Pump hall shall include main pumps, pipework, valves, pipe supports, staircases, ladders, access platforms with hand railings, Irrigation Pumps, Utility Pumps, Firefighting Water Pumps, drain sump pumps, EOT crane, firefighting and Fire Alarm system, HVAC and associated Electrical and ICA works. The scope also includes Outlet Line with chambers, final surge study, surge protection system, Chlorination system.
